Job Description

Job Title: TeleSales Executive

Location: Tradex Tower, Sector 125, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
  • Explain company projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Update customer interactions in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good command of Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
  • Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Prior experience in TeleSales, Customer Service, BPO, or Real Estate Sales will be an advantage.
