Job Description

A telecaller connects with prospective or existing clients over the phone to introduce products, generate leads, and handle support queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Dialing prospective leads from a provided database to pitch products, services, or causes.
  • Inbound Support: Answering incoming customer calls, providing information, and solving complaints.
  • Lead Qualification: Asking relevant questions to gauge client interest before passing qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Data Logging: Updating customer feedback, phone numbers, and call statuses accurately in the company’s CRM system.
