Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives for our Banking Sector – Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating qualified leads, and assisting customers with their initial loan enquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other financial products.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
