RIIMS Hospital is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, explain hospital services and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming aur outgoing calls handle karna

Patients ko RIIMS Hospital ke treatments, doctors aur services ke baare mein information dena

Website, social media aur advertisements se aayi leads par timely follow-up karna

Patient appointments book aur confirm karna

Interested patients ko hospital visit ya doctor consultation ke liye guide karna

Daily calling, follow-up aur appointment records maintain karna

Patient queries ko politely handle karna aur zarurat par senior team ko transfer karna

Calling targets aur appointment conversion targets achieve karna

Requirements:

Good Hindi communication skills

Basic English communication preferred

Telecalling, healthcare, BPO ya sales experience preferred

Basic computer aur CRM/Excel knowledge

Patient, polite aur convincing communication

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
