Job Description

  • Call prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
  • Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and ongoing offers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
  • Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
