Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.


Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.


Maintain follow-ups with potential and existing customers.


Record customer information and update call reports in the CRM system.


Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.


Handle objections and convert leads into successful business opportunities.


Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
