Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Assign leads and monitor team performance and follow-ups.
- Guide team members in client handling, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure regular follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and accompany the team for client meetings and site visits when required.
- Track daily calls, leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Train and support new team members on projects, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports with management.
- Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year in a team-handling or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway real estate projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in residential and commercial real estate will be preferred.
