Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DSA/Personal Loan Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives in generating and closing personal loan business through DSA and direct sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in loan sales, and the ability to achieve aggressive business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly sales targets.

* Drive business through DSA, direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

* Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members.

* Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.

* Ensure maximum loan disbursements and improve team productivity.

* Maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and financial institutions.

* Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for smooth loan processing.

* Track team performance through daily MIS and sales reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in Personal Loan/DSA/BFSI sales.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader.

* Proven experience in handling a sales team and achieving targets.

* Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
