Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Position Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their healthcare requirements, explaining the benefits of Ayurvedic treatment plans, and assisting them in purchasing the medicines and wellness programs recommended by the Company’s experts. Roles & Responsibilities The Associate Sales Consultant shall be responsible for: Sales & Consultation and Customer Experience  Explain treatment plans and Ayurvedic medicine recommendations clearly.  Convert inquiries into successful sales through ethical and consultative selling.  Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.  Maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.  Address customer queries promptly and professionally.  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. Data & Documentation and Team Contribution  Update consultation details, follow-up schedules, and order information.  Ensure confidentiality of all customer and Company information.  Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.  Support colleagues and contribute positively to the overall growth of the organization. What We Are Looking For We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess:  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong listening and convincing abilities.  Confidence in interacting with people over phone calls.  Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).  Willingness to learn about Ayurveda and healthcare products.  Ability to work in a target-oriented environment while maintaining ethical standards.  Adaptability and enthusiasm to grow in a startup environment.
