Job Description

Business Development Executive (Sales)Company: The Ads MediaJob Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Sales experience is mandatory)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams for seamless project execution.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in handling client calls and meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
