Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role- Kotak Securities is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to acquire new customers by opening Demat & Trading Accounts and generating client margins through active engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by opening Demat & Trading Accounts.
• Generate business through field sales, telecalling, referrals, and lead conversion.
• Ensure activation of newly opened accounts.
• Generate client margins by encouraging trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain Kotak Securities' products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock market and Demat accounts is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under targets.
