• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BFSI will be an added advantage.
