Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per company SOPs.
- Manage online orders and ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
- Operate the POS system, handle billing, and manage cash/digital payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Promote products, upsell menu items, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Assist in stock management, opening/closing duties, and follow company policies.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and POS billing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Experience in a café, bakery, QSR, or restaurant is preferred.
