Junior Seo Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Junior SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency and possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies, website analysis, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Manage link-building campaigns and acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Identify SEO opportunities and recommend strategies for improving organic visibility.
• Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry developments.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports and present insights to management and clients.
• Handle local SEO, citation building, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Work on international SEO campaigns and multilingual websites, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Moz
• Google Tag Manager (Preferred)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website architecture.
• Experience in backlink analysis and outreach campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling US, UK, China, or international SEO projects.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization techniques.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
