Job Description
E-commerce & Retail Operations Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Ladies' wear and fabric retail store and e-commerce integration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and operations in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage online orders
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
Maintain inventory and stock accuracy
Coordinate with courier partners for shipments
Coordinate with the retail store and warehouse team
Ensure timely and error-free order fulfilment
Skills Required:
Comfortable using computers and online software
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Honest, responsible, and eager to learn
Preferably experienced with Shopify, Shiprocket/courier portals
Experience in retail or e-commerce operations
