• Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
• Call candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for daily hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing positions.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding support.
• EligibilityPursuing or completed Graduation/Post Graduation (Any Stream).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
