Job Description
Hiring: HR Assistant (Female)
Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Candidates residing nearby will be preferred)
We are looking for a married, professional Female HR Assistant to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities:Preparation and verification of Tour Vouchers & Travel Expense Claims.
- Salary preparation and payroll processing.
- Maintaining daily attendance records and leave management.
- Good working knowledge of ESIC, EPF, Payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR record maintenance.
- Coordination with Accounts and Administration for HR-related activities.
- Eligibility:Married Female Candidate.
- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR & Payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Candidates residing near Kirti Nagar will be given preference.
Salary:₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
