Job OverviewMaplehub Realty is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, BDE, Sales Executive, and other positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Support payroll and performance management activities.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Positive attitude, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
• Real estate recruitment experience will be an advantage.
