Position: General Sales Manager (GSM)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per Month (Based on Experience & Performance)
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers & Executives.
- Generate business through Direct Sales, HNI Clients, Investors & Channel Partners.
- Monitor sales performance, conversions, and team productivity.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Management for business growth.
- RequirementsGraduate (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
