Job Description
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Centralized Complaint Management System (CCMS) and ensuring the timely resolution of street light complaints. The role includes monitoring field activities, coordinating with maintenance teams, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
- Monitor all street light complaints received through the CCMS.
- Assign complaints to the appropriate field technicians or maintenance teams.
- Track complaint status and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Verify the quality and completeness of completed maintenance work.
- Review before-and-after images and supporting documentation submitted by field staff.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and field teams for issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved, overdue, or critical complaints to higher management.
- Monitor technician productivity and daily work progress.
- Ensure accurate complaint records and status updates are maintained in the CCMS.
