We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and building long-term client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet prospective customers and explain Bellway Realtech's real estate projects.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
• Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer support.
• Maintain daily records of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
