### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible *E-Commerce & Social Media Executive* to manage and grow our online presence across marketplaces and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with *Flipkart, IndiaMART, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp* and should have a basic understanding of online sales, customer handling and digital marketing.

### Key Responsibilities

*E-Commerce & Marketplace*

* Manage our Flipkart seller account and product listings.

* Add, edit and update product information, images, prices and inventory.

* Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and customer reviews.

* Respond to marketplace-related customer queries.

* Keep product listings accurate and up to date.

* Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.

*IndiaMART & Online Enquiries*

* Regularly check and respond to IndiaMART enquiries.

* Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain records of leads and customer enquiries.

* Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order follow-ups.

*Social Media*

* Manage Instagram and Facebook pages.

* Create and upload regular posts, reels and product-related content.

* Upload and manage YouTube videos/Shorts.

* Respond to comments and messages.

* Help increase genuine engagement and enquiries from social media.

*General Online Business Support*

* Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets records.

* Monitor competitors and their online activities.

* Research products, pricing and online market trends.

* Coordinate with the team to promote new products and offers.

* Suggest practical ideas to increase online enquiries and sales.

### Requirements

* Basic knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub or other e-commerce platforms.

* Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.

* Good communication skills.

* Comfortable using a computer, Excel/Google Sheets and the internet.

* Ability to respond to customers professionally.

* Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

* Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, IndiaMART, online sales or social media management will be preferred.

### Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is *active, responsible and willing to take ownership of the work. The candidate should not simply upload posts but should actively look for ways to increase **online enquiries, leads and sales*.

### Salary & Incentives
