Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card services.
  • Explain credit card features, benefits, and special offers in a clear and effective manner.
  • Convince customers to apply for credit cards tailored to their financial needs.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer calls and update the CRM system with customer details.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets as set by the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Fresher’s are welcome.
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (CTC)
  • Incentives: Based on performance.
