Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Schedule product demonstrations with school management and decision-makers.
- Present SchoolEye ERP and explain its features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, directors, and school administrators.
- Follow up with prospective clients until deal closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and implementation.
- Attend education exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
