Job Description
MoneyTree Realty is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for real estate.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
