Business Development Executive

*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

*Follow up on leads generated through the website, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, social media, and other marketing channels.

*Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.

*Explain services, pricing, offers, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans to customers.

*Coordinate with the operations team for technician scheduling and service updates.

*Prepare and generate customer invoices, quotations, and payment details accurately.

*Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales, booking, and service reports in Excel/ CRM.

*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

*Follow up with existing customers for feedback, repeat services, and referrals.

*Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and daily reports in CRM/Excel.

*Assist the marketing team by sharing customer insights and lead quality feedback.

*Track payments, update invoice status, and coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation.

*Achieve monthly booking, sales, and revenue targets.

*Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

*Monitor team performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups on customer inquiries and leads.

*Provide training and support to new team members on sales processes, CRM usage, and customer handling.
