Academic Counselor/Inside sales executive

 Locations: Noida

 Salary: 3 to 4.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective UG & PG students on suitable courses, specializations, and universities.

* Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.

* Guide students through the admission process, including documentation and eligibility checks.

* Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.

* Address student and parent queries related to fees, scholarships, hostels, placements, and campus life.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless admission process.

Eligibility:

* Bachelor's degree.

* 6 months to 4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Cold Calling.

* Experience using CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

* Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and target-oriented skills.

Work Schedule:

* Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

* Noida: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
