Requirement: Experience in handling collection buckets/Write OFF

Certification: DRA Mandatory/Non- DRA Also

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection.
• Handle assigned collection buckets and achieve recovery targets.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate collection records and daily performance reports.
• Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate payment solutions.
• Meet individual and team collection targets.

Candidate Requirements✅ Prior experience in tele-collection/debt collection

✅ Experience working with collection buckets / Writeoff

✅ DRA certification required

✅ Good communication and negotiation skills

✅ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

✅ Candidates with BFSI/NBFC collection experience preferred
