Senior E-Commerce Executive

Position: Senior E-commerce Executive / Manager

Experience: 3–6 years preferred

About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive / Manager who can independently manage marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other online portals. The candidate should have strong knowledge of product listings, order processing, returns, claims, account health, basic accounting and day-to-day marketplace coordination.

Key Responsibilities : Manage complete e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other marketplaces.

Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.

Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination and marketplace panel management.

Track and manage returns, RTO, refunds, cancellations and customer complaints.

File and follow up on marketplace claims, wrong return claims, missing product claims, SPF/Safe-T claims, reimbursement claims and payment disputes.

Monitor account health, performance metrics, seller ratings and marketplace compliance.

Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch team, accounts team and customer support team.

Maintain stock reports, sales reports, return reports and payment reconciliation.

Check marketplace settlements, deductions, penalties, commission charges and payment reports.

Handle basic accounting tasks related to online sales, invoices, GST details, payments and reconciliation.

Run basic promotions, deals, ads and pricing updates as per company requirement.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales, returns, claims, inventory and marketplace performance.

Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel and Myntra Seller Panel.

Strong understanding of e-commerce returns, claims, refunds and seller protection processes.

Basic knowledge of accounting, payment reconciliation, GST invoices and sales reports.

Ability to manage multiple platforms independently.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Should be responsible, organized and able to work under deadlines.

Preferred CandidateExperience in beauty, salon, fashion, accessories, grooming, personal care or similar product categories will be preferred.

Candidate should be able to take ownership of marketplace operations and improve sales, claims recovery and account performance.
