Job Description
We're hiring Team Leaders to scale operations throughout India — meeting customers, closing deals, and coaching your team to hit targets.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach teams
- Join client meetings to support and close
- Track daily team performance and report numbers
- Train new joiners on objection handling and development
- Drive team targets and push for results
