Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution as per approved drawings.

- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.

- Prepare BOQs, material requisitions, and monitor material consumption.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Track project progress and submit daily/weekly reports.

- Verify contractor bills and maintain site documentation.

- Resolve technical issues at the construction site efficiently.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 2–8 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and project execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.

- Experience in client handling and vendor coordination.

- Team player with a proactive approach.
