Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  2. Manage communication between the project team, contractors, and suppliers.
  3. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  4. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
  5. Maintain site documentation, records, and attendance.
  6. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  7. Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping at the site.
  8. Assist in resolving site issues and operational challenges.
  9. Coordinate inspections, approvals, and client visits.
  10. Support the Project Manager in achieving project timelines and targets.
