Civil Engineer

About the Role

 Ambr Homes Pvt LTD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure quality execution, and manage site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities. 

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. 

• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines. 

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 

• Verify measurements, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and review contractor bills. 

• Monitor material consumption and maintain inventory records. 

• Ensure quality control of civil works including RCC, finishing, masonry, and structural activities. 

• Resolve technical issues arising during construction. 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. 

• Ensure timely project completion within budget. 

• Coordinate with government authorities and consultants whenever required.
