Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive with a strong background in Business Loan Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and converting leads into successful business loan applications.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business loan leads.
• Understand customers’ business and financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into loan applications.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper follow-up until loan disbursement.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, or related financial products.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of business loan products and documentation.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
