Job Description
Process loan applications and verify documents.
Check KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other loan documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Sales, and Underwriting teams.
Follow up with customers for pending documents.
Update loan details and application status in the system.
Coordinate the loan approval and disbursement process.
Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
Handle post-disbursement activities and customer queries.
