Joint Credit is expanding its Sales & Business Development team, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor who can drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving business targets.

📍 Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi

⏰ Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Designation: Senior Sales Advisor

🏢 Department: Sales & Business Development

🎯 Experience: 1–6 Years

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives

🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented professional who has excellent communication and convincing skills, understands sales strategies, and can independently handle customer interactions and sales targets.

📌 Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

• Explain loan products and financial services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

• Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP & other financial products.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling and sales targets.

• Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

✅ Requirements• 1–6 years of relevant sales experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong convincing & negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and confidence in calling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
