Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assigned merchant stores and maintain strong business relationships.( Chroma, Vijay sales, Reliance Digital & apple store ETC)

Educate merchants about Pine Labs EMI and Brand EMI offers.

Assist merchants in processing Card EMI transactions through PoS machines.

Support merchants in resolving basic EMI and PoS-related queries.

Promote EMI solutions to increase merchant engagement and customer usage.

Ensure smooth execution of EMI transactions at merchant outlets.

Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and daily activities.
