Production Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day electric scooty production and assembly operations.

* Achieve daily and monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

* Manage and allocate manpower across the production/assembly line.

* Monitor the complete assembly process, including chassis, motor, battery, controller, wiring, brakes, tyres, body panels, lights, and other components.

* Ensure production activities are carried out according to SOPs, work instructions, and standard processes.

* Coordinate with the Stores/Material team to ensure timely availability of required components.

* Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve quality issues and minimize rejection/rework.

* Monitor production line efficiency, productivity, downtime, and output.

* Identify bottlenecks, process issues, and delays and take corrective action.

* Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and machinery.

* Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection/rework reports, and manpower reports.

* Ensure workers follow safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.

* Coordinate with Maintenance for machine/equipment breakdowns.

* Train and guide operators/workers on assembly processes and safety procedures.

* Report daily production performance and major issues to the Production Manager/Plant Head.
