Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and website.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gift hampers.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the operations team.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent buying experience.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status.


Skills Required

• Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident in handling customer calls and WhatsApp chats.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
