Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly vehicle sales and achieve dealership sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Improve enquiry conversion, retail performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads.
- Ensure availability of the right product mix and coordinate inventory planning.
- Monitor daily sales MIS, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and finance partners.
- Ensure compliance with Hero MotoCorp sales processes and dealership standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance performance.
