Job Description

1 Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant position (Chef, Steward, captain, Runner, Cashier , etc .)

2.Handle employee on boarding, joining formalities, and documentation.

3.Maintain employee files,attendance, Leave, and shift records .

4.Assist in payroll preparation, salary data , PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.

5.Update employee database, HRMIS,and reports .

6.Coordinate induction and training programs for new employees.

7.Maintain staff uniforms,ID cards, and employee records .

8.Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

9.Track employee probation, confirmation, and exit formalities .
