Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in retail market development through shop-to-shop visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops and distributors to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote company products and increase market penetration.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the operations team for deliveries.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience in shop-to-shop retail sales visits is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore retail market.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
