Job DescriptionWe are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for merchant acquisition and onboarding. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring retail merchants and helping them start using the PayNearby UPI Cash Point platform.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach retail merchants in the assigned area.

• Pitch the PayNearby UPI Cash Point solution.

• Explain merchant earning opportunities and business benefits.

• Acquire and onboard new merchants.

• Complete Digital KYC and collect required documents.

• Assist merchants with app installation and registration.

• Ensure successful merchant activation and first transaction.

• Install Cash Point/ATM branding materials.

• Maintain proper KYC and merchant records.

• Follow compliance guidelines and prevent duplicate/fraudulent onboarding.

• Capture GPS-tagged merchant photographs.

Candidate Requirements• Minimum Graduate qualification.

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, financial services, or banking.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.

• Android smartphone is required.

• Two-wheeler is required.

• Knowledge of the local language is preferred.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Paytm-CSC, PhonePe Premium Executive, Pine Labs, MSwipe, HDFC Corporate BC, Airtel Payments Bank, Spice Money, or Fino Payments Bank will be preferred.
