Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product details, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Process and manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Handle order-related customer queries and returns.
- Generate basic sales and order reports.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify
- Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Working hours 11.30 am to 8.30 pm
