Job Title: Purchase Executive (AI & Data)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a smart Purchase Executive who can leverage AI and data to optimize procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to vendor management and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure source products and identify reliable suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Track pending purchase orders and maintain regular vendor follow-ups.
• AI & Data: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for product research, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Analyze supplier quotations, pricing trends, and procurement data.
• Build and maintain purchase trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain an organized vendor database and documentation.
• Coordination: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Ensure timely communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for productivity and research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and automation tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
