Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Voice + Chat Blended Process team. The role involves assisting customers through both voice calls and chat while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Only male candidates.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Shift Timings
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC.
- Night shift allowance provided.
