Job Description
Post-Order Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions after an order is placed ("Everything after Order Comes in")
Client Management: Provide high-standard service to important guests and clients
Escalation Protocol: Utilize and maintain an Escalation Chart for follow-up emails, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are marked in successive reminders
Data & System Maintenance: Implement and update the Enquiry Capture Sheet and the Client Database
Collection Engine Management: Manage the back-end collection process by confirming invoice receipts and material deliveries with clients
Sales Support: Assist in managing the Sales FMS (Flowchart Monitoring Sheet) to ensure no lead or client request is dropped
Link between company and Customer for material delivery on time OR as per requirements
CUSTOMER SERVICE - main role - status of deliveries. Inform if anything is getting late
Mandatory: Good english / email drafting, Excel/google sheets, good follow up skills
