Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, social media and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and explain our website, software, CRM, ERP, mobile app and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals/quotations.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Conduct online/offline meetings and product/service presentations.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and sales in CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-conversion and revenue targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of website development, software/CRM/ERP and digital marketing.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Hindi & English communication skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.
- PreferredExperience selling IT services / software / website development / digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience with IndiaMART, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or other B2B lead-generation platforms is a plus.
