Job Description
Handle customer relationships and maintain regular communication.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate billing, invoicing, and bilty/dispatch documentation.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Send payment reminders through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and Computer Operations.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
Organized, responsible, and result-oriented personality.
Experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Billing (Tally Basic Knowledge), or Collection Follow-up will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
