Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with loan application procedures.
- verify, and maintain customer documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Resolve customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
